What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

Place a Voice or Video Call

With Webex, you can make audio or video calls. You can make a call in Webex from many different locations. Just look for the icons of the audio or video call options.

To make a call using the dial pad:

  1. 1. Tap the Calling tab in the navigation menu.
  2. 2. Then tap the Dial pad icon.
  3. 3. Enter a phone number in the dial pad.
  4. 4. Then choose whether you want to make it an Audio or Video call.

Place a Call on Hold

  1. 1. While on a phone call, select More.
  2. 2. Then select Hold.
  3. 3. After you put the call on hold, your spaces list shows that it's on hold.

To go back to your held call:

  1. 1. Select it from the spaces list.
  2. 2. Then select Resume.

Transfer a Call

If you are on an active call, you can perform a semi-attended or an attended transfer to another contact within the company directory or any other number you dial via the keypad.

  1. 1. While you're on a phone call, select More.
  2. 2. Then select Transfer.
  3. 3. Enter the name, number, email you’d like to transfer the call to.
  4. 4. Choose Consult first with audio, Consult first with video, or Transfer now.

Make a Conference Call

To initiate a conference call from an active call:

  1. 1. Select More.
  2. 2. Then select Conference.
  3. 3. Enter the name, number, or email of who you’d like to add.
  4. 4. Choose whether you want to make it an Audio or Video call by selecting either the phone or video icon next to the contact you’d like to add.
  5. 5. Select Merge to join the two phone calls.
